In order to apply for an apartment at our complex, you must submit a rental application and submit proof of the following requirements. 

 Rental application 

• Front and back must be completely filled-out.
• One application per adult
• All adults that will reside in apt (no exceptions)
• Needs to be signed, dated, and state time of signature.

 State identification card or license

• copy will be made at leasing office
• premade copies will not be accepted
• Official from 1 of the 50 states
• Can be driver’s license.
• Must be valid at the time of application.

 Social security card

• Copy will be made at leasing office 
• Premade copies will not be accepted
• W-2 copy can fulfill this requirement.

 Proof of income

• Any state/federal assistance letters

If employed,

• Most recent paystub
• Dated less than 15 days prior to applying
• Be employed by current job for more than last three consecutive months.

If housing choice voucher, 

• Need to submit proof of voucher that includes voucher expiration date & apartment size required by housing.

If self employed

• Please notify us so we can give you a list of items that will be needed.
• $50.00 money order (non-refundable application fee)

Incomplete rental applications will be automatically denied. You submitted all required documentation with your rental application.

Applications will not be processed until payment has been received.

Our apartments are located in a convenient location with easy access to public transportation, shopping, and entertainment.
